On September 9, we lost photographer, Fred Herzog. I’ve admired Fred’s work for sometime, but as I’m generally more obsessed with black and white photography I wasn’t necessarily looking at Mr. Herzog’s work as much as I should’ve been.
With his recent passing, I started seeing more of his work displayed in posts as a memorial to the great photographer. It’s beautiful work; wonderful use of color and story plays a strong role in each composition.
In this episode I just want to share my thoughts, as a predominently black and white shooter, on the beautiful color work from Fred Herzog.
