One thing I really love about going out and shooting at night is the contrast. I love the dark shadows that take away so much of the distractions, letting the light more strongly feature the main elements of the scene. I talk about this on today’s episode and also wanted to talk about a recent guest spot I did on another podcast, The Negative Positives Film Photography Podcast with photographers, Mike Gutterman and Andre Domingues; great podcast. Also, do you listen to music while you’re doing your photography? I share my thoughts on that topic as well.

A few more shots I shot a while ago using Kodak Tri-X pushed to 1600.
